  I've been with T-Mobile for over 15 years. We were there disputing extra charges on the bill. After they refused to accept a compromise their own rep made with the additional costs, I cancelled all 7 of my lines of service with them. We had another issue that we called customer service about. They told us to advise the clerk what we had discussed and the sales rep called the police to us saying that since we were no longer customers, we were trespassing and causing a scene. He called 911 for the police. The officers said we weren't doing anything wrong and left. We called customer service back and advised them what happened. They apologized and said someone would get back to us in a few days. They never did. While we were there, a lady brought her phone in saying she had only had it 3 days and it exploded in her hand. That same rep refused to assist her and told her to leave. We are now with Verizon and very happy we made the change. We now have service EVERYWHERE and with T-Mobile, the service was ALWAYS TERRIBLE.
